Antony Corel
Antony Corel is a specialist in Telecommunications, Media and Technology law having dedicated his career to serving public sector and private clients in the TMT sectors since 1993.
Antony has advised clients on virtually all aspects of TMT regulation, commercial law and litigation during a legal career spanning Australia, Hong Kong (for 8 years) and London (for 4 years), most recently as a partner in Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P, an international US law firm with a highly regarded communications practice group. Antony has a particular focus on ‘next generation’ wireless infrastructure and services.
Antony’s projects have included advising the Australian Department of Broadband Communications and Digital Economy on the establishment of the National Broadband Network and the Western Australian Government on telecom infrastructure and licensing. He has advised several foreign governments (including Algeria, Bosnia, Samoa and Saudi Arabia) and major licensees across the globe (including in Iraq, Hong Kong and Singapore).
Antony is also the author of numerous published articles and has been independently recognised for his specialised knowledge and experience by publications such as Global Counsel, Legal 500, International Who’s Who of Regulatory Communications Counsel and Who’s Who of Business Lawyers.
Antony has a Masters of Laws degree from the University of NSW and is admitted to the Supreme Court of N.S.W, Federal and High Courts of Australia and the High Court of Hong Kong.
Greg Willis
Greg has over 30 years experience at senior management, CEO and board level in major Australian corporations operating in the telecommunications, media and technology sectors.
Greg spent 5 years at Telstra where his roles included: General Manager Business Operations for the Sydney Olympics; Director Venture Capital; Director Media and Foxtel; Executive Director, Broadband and Online Services and Chief of Retail and Distribution.
More recently, Greg was also Head of Program Delivery for NBN Co, the Australian Government enterprise responsible for the construction and operation of the national superfast broadband network.
Prior to Telstra, Greg’s roles included Finance Director, Warners Brother Inc, Director Operations, Oracle Systems Australia and General Manager Operations Australis Media.
Greg has a Bachelor of Business, Economics, Finance and Accounting Degree from University of Technology Sydney and he is a fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants.
