Arma Partners LLP (“Arma Partners”) and TMT Partners Pty Ltd (“TMT Partners”) have formed an exclusive alliance to provide advice on Australian and New Zealand mergers and acquisitions in the Technology, Media and Telecoms (“TMT”) sector.

Arma Partners and TMT Partners are both independent advisory firms exclusively focused on providing advice to TMT companies.  The alliance has been formed to provide cross border mergers and acquisitions advice to companies operating in and from Australian and New Zealand.
